Here are the entire 613 commandments from the Mosaic laws: http://www.jewfaq.org/613.htm
I notice you don't mention any of the rest of them; preferring to zero in on homosexuality.
Those laws that tell mankind how to dress, worship, eat, groom, plant crops, etc. are just as important to those that follow the Mosaic code.
But you break many of those codes. You claim they no longer apply.
You are just like the other people who cherry pick from scripture. You don't have a personal relationship with God so that you can know what He wants from mankind. You'd rather run to a bunch of ancient words.
Relax fruitloops.

A Marine and a sailor were sitting in a bar one day arguing over which was the superior service. After a swig of beer the Marine says,'Well, we had Iwo Jima .'

Arching his eyebrows, the sailor replies,'We had the Battle of Midway.'...
'Not entirely true', responded the Marine.'Some of those pilots were Marines, killed at the Battle of Midway.'

The sailor responds,'Point taken.'

The Marine then says,'We Marines were born at Tunn Tavern!'

The sailor, nodding in agreement, says,'But we had John Paul Jones .'

The argument continued until the Marine comes up with what he thinks will end the discussion. With a flourish of finality he says......'The Marines invented sex!'

The sailor replies,'That is true, but it was the Navy who introduced it to women.'

The law is the Antideficiency Act, passed by Congress in 1870 (and amended several times), which prohibits the government from incurring any monetary obligation for which Congress has not appropriated funds.

In shutting down the government, most memos cite the law as the reason. The Government Accountability Office says employees who violate the Antideficiency Act may be subject to disciplinary action, suspension and even "fines, imprisonment, or both."

WHY VOTE wrote:
Ok, I don't really care if same sex people get married or are together in any capacity. I am for equal rights BUT... I am very annoyed that peoples votes don't mean anything anymore. What happened to a majority vote rules? What happened to the peoples voice?

WHY VOTE????
You're asking the wrong question.
The right question is - why do badly written laws make it onto our ballots? Our rule of law is that all new laws must comply with our Constitutional guarantees. This is true regardless of whether the people vote for a new law in a referendum or the people's representatives vote for a new law in their legislative bodies. Any new law is subject to review in our courts.

I hope you invetsted some of it, the way this country is going down hill you may need more than whtat you got! SSA is in the hole as well. Just an idea: lock yourself into SSA now file for SSI, if you qualify, if social security is still around when you reach that ripe old age it will automatically roll you over, no delay
