You can only imagine that some scum lawyer is waiting by his bedside.

Not only is he homeless, he's also brainless. Who would sleep under a operable train? Well, at least he has a place to sleep now at taxpayers' expense.

This reminds me of a warning my mother always told me, don't sleep under trains though.

I hope this brings to light this problem and that they take action to look under all trains up on the hill before moving them anyway.

Yes, the accident is too bad, but sue they will. Railroads are deep pockets fair game. My friend on a jury, found the RR not guilty when a man who lost both legs sued. The man drove around the gate. At least some juries have common sense. Still, this is tragic for that man and those who had to deal with it. He probably was drunk and just wanted shelter, but a terrible choice was made.

Of all the places he could have laid under and slept, he picks a train. He had to be drunk, high or just plain crazy. To bad he lost his arm and leg.

I hope he doesn't get a dime out of this. Dumb fuck wants to sleep under a train then he can deal with the consequences. It's like sticking your head inside a lion's mouth and then suing the trainer for letting it bite you. Why are people so stupid? Stupidity should be crime.

I was compelled to look at both though I knew it wouldn't be pretty in any case. Only 2 of 12 at least said it was too bad for the guy. I do admit that it is likely a "Bob Law" will have to be enacted requiring posting multi-lingual signs on train cars saying this is not a safe place to sleep under.

As in bob his arm and leg, like bobbing a dog's tail? That's pretty sick.
