So he kills his wife, and then gets the kids via his parents. What a crock of crapola.
So you decided he's guilty because of what's been printed in the media? Wait until after there's been a trial or at least some evidence...

There's plenty of evidence in this case. A person's behavior after committing a crime is very telling. Clearly a guilty man is walking free and enjoying life, unlike the innocent victim whose life he took away. One day the victim's children will search for the truth and will find it.It's very sad all the way around.

What ever is being plastered in the media does not mean he has been found quilty. He is innocent until proven guilty (period). The last I checked he's not on trial and you all are not the jurors.

Unless you were there, or are an investigator on the case or somehow are privy to evidence, then everything you know is gleaned from the media and is by no means definitive. I don't really see his motive and people get killed indiscriminately in mexico everyday.

I am incensed at the suggestion that he didn't have anything to do with the murder of his wife and the children's mother. Nothing in his behavior (illegally fleeing Mexico) nor in the reported facts that are known support such a suggestion.

BTW, for those who seem to think a trial decision is conclusive proof to what happens in a crime, I refer again to the Simpson murders where three of the jurors stated after the verdict that had they known in the trial what they publicly learned afterward they would have decided differently. A trial does nothing more than determine if the state has the right to punish a person for a crime.

Not a shock that being in Carson, you have this attitude, where no one is ever guilty of anything!
If you look at the totality of the incident and the evidence, he does appear to be guilty or at least closely involved with the death of his wife. And until he is found to be innocent, I would rather not see the innocent children anywhere near this person or his family! I would rather not take the chance he is guilty, and have harm come to the children.
If you could get past your ghetto mentality, you would see how some of this makes sense.

He claimed that she went out shopping, although she didn't bother to bring her purse, ID or any money. Do you do that very often? Ever?

There's strong evidence against him, so if you care about the kids you'd realized that they should NOT be with him. Guilty in the court of public opinion.

"Dude," you're an idiot and a BIGOT. So if you're from Carson that means you're uneducated? What a piece of trash you are, LOSER. You're also a Moron and STUPID, too.

Where's your crib, you silver spooned POS who never had to break a sweat? Not everyone has the lap of luxury like you do. I hope you get run over by your chauffeur and no one visits you at the hospital.

Being raised by - even being in the presence of - these deranged GPs, as well as their father, will assure that these kids will end-up totally screwed-up. We will be reading more about them in 10 or 15 years...on the police blotter.

Man, you don't know how silly you sound putting down the guy from Daly City - the real estate in DC is incredibly high, and if you're high enough, the views are killer. All this of course, is opposite the mostly trashy \ gang infested parts of your slum hole.

Now, with all this said, you're all poor, stupid, uneducated lowlanders.

Peace.
