Torrance has 309 foreign-owned companies within it's city? I knew we had a large foreign business base but not that large. Anyone else surprised ?

Torrance would have may more companies here if not for the "TREE HUGGERS" and dingbats in Sacramento who place pork barrel politics ahead of economic expansion.

Torrance would also have more companies here if Rod Guyton hadn't shipped his company overseas to avoid paying taxes.
