Mark my words...while everyone is distracted harping on the gray areas of this case, everything done in darkness will be exposed in light. This is far BIGGER than a mere argument between neighbors. Ignorance is bliss. Be patient, wait and see and the truth will silence the masses regarding the corruption infiltrated within this city's political system. This community has literally been prostituted to solicit funds for the city yet the monies have never been poured into it...ask the city, where's the money at? When the truth hits the fan, the naysayers will be humbled that their homes have been saved all these years (by the righteous board) from the greed and destruction of grizzly bears on top of the hill. Watch and see. Demonic systems everywhere shall be destroyed, including Carson. A lie will go around the world twice before the truth gets around the corner.

The current presiding judge has ignored the corporation code laws governing HOA elections and opted in favor of supposed election results which were proven to be fraudalent in court. She denied to hear testimony from a key witness from the Rowell board. You bet this will be a case study in association law.

My family bought a townhouse there on Vaquero Lane in 1963 I think. The area was a great place to raise kids and the field behind it was a great place to play if your a boy. Then what seemed like overnight, the Negroes moved in and the whites couldn't get out of there fast enough. Whites and blacks can and will never coexist at such close quarters. Where they go, crime and drugs go with them. It was hell there for my family who were stuck because they couldn't sell their house at a profit. Soon, we were living in a ghetto. Finally, we couldn't take it anymore. The roaches in our house numbered in the hundreds. We were inundated by the nasty insects and black gangbangers. We took a loss on the house and moved to East Long Beach and rented for awhile before buying another house. I recently drove through Scottsdale just to check it out and it is a filthy place. Nobody works. People just hang out and stare at you when you drive by. There are bars on every window and the baseball field has no grass, the pool has been filled in with cement, and the tennis court is now a parking lot, the lawns are not mowed, and they have armed guards at the entrance. What a friggin' dump. Even the Carson Sheriff hate going in there. It is a major blight on the city of Carson and there's nothing they can or will do about it.
