There used to be string bean fields in that area back in the late 50's. In the mid-60's, that was a "high-end" luxury townhouse complex.......It was nice back then.
By the late 60's when the U.S. was experiencing a cultural revolution, "White Flight" was starting to happen in Carson. Just a little north of Scottsdale was an area called "Keystone". Gangs were already there 50 years ago..........

...And her mother? WAAAHHH! Shoulda brought her army of cats too. In her Food for Less shopping cart. In reading past stories of this ...lady..., I'm convinced she's a real winner. Winnie Mandella and her gang have got nothing on her!

I want the TV rights to this latest chapter in the ongoing drama. This will be a case study in association law for years to come.

Now that I have purchased everything in Palos Verdes for myself and the family, I will be right over to pay cash for that clubhouse and its adjoining townhouses. My own security force will take over by sundown because I am Raajjjuuu, all mighty real estate agent. Thank you, have a nice day.

This is quite "thee drama"......I've read past articles on it and it sure looks like the current HOA president sees it as her little kingdom. What a loser..........Raze that place and put the string bean fields back in. It'd be more productive.

Isn't Scottsdale where you can buy firearms, illegal fireworks, drugs, and old appliances w/bodies hidden inside at their garage sales? I hear it's a happening place. Just make sure you don't hit shot in the back as you leave that lovely part of Carson. Seriously, stay the h e ll away from that place unless you REALLY have to go there or, heaven forbid, you live there.

She does'nt want to let go because of the $144 in dues each unit has to pay monthly, by the way there are over 300 units. Is this why she's fighting this and taking it personal? Someone should check her bank transfers, deposits, as well as all cash monies in her home and posession as well. STICKY FINGERS, I WOULD THINK SO. ANYWAY ACCEPT DEFEAT YOU LEECH!!

Told you Carson can't make it through the week without some type of buffoonery within its boundaries. Sure, there's reports of crimes, civic issues and feel good stories from all over the south bay. But you ever notice when Carson hits the newswire it always involves some type of buffoonery?

The only reason that place is allowed to exist is to keep the gangs in a central location. One way in and one way out. With there baggy pants they can't jump the wall. It is easy to maintain. If you are fool enough to buy there then don't be surprised about the crime and you call yourself a genius. Besides if they get too out of control the Feds can recreate Waco.

Just bulldoze the place and start over, I remember driving by this place as a kid in the 60s and my parents and grandparents said it was a dump back then. It needs to go away.

With a buffoon for a mayor, where did you expect the rest of the buffoons to live??? They need to change the name of Carson to "Buffoonville".

This lady was breaking the law.If you pay association dues at a townhouse or condo complex or space rent at a mobile home park and these facilities are included, you are allowed acces to the facilitites. There is a moblie home park in Azusa that charges residents to use the poll whcih is illegal.Nobody has complained as there are very few seniors left living there due to the illegal immigrant residents who rent these mobile homes.Renting your mobile home in a park is also not legal.California needs to enforce the CCR's of these home owners.
