one of the cops are looking a little rough i dont know if they are using or not but it looks to me like they are and if so they need to get help

That was good :) but, lets skip the pee test and do a blood test since they do represent our government.. lol :) If I only had my camera ready at the appropriate moment..... I would have footage of a drup deal between a user and a local onour force, while in uniform, on duty and specificallly blocked camera in a dark corner of a parking lot... Real Dumb... I have my phone ready at all times now though... I watching and waiting.. I want those who are honest & with integrity... Those are the type people I trust to serve and protect.. Not some of those we have.. EVERYONE will know when I get that priceless pic!!!:) It will be a righteaous day.. He just getting way to obvious..:)

How about a hair folical test for all public employees before they are hired and periodically after there on the job.
