Mass. high school student charged in fatal crash

A high school senior is facing motor vehicle homicide charges after the car he was driving crashed, killing his passenger.

What about the 18 year old nut I heard about who was driving without a license , got seen by a cop, and took off speeding. Ended up having 5 police cars after him,(had his license taken away after accidents and bad driving, then re-took his test and failed it), with a friend in the car. He got far enough ahead to pull over and switch seats with his friend who ended up getting blamed for speeding. And get this;, he was only given a WARNING!!!! The person who was actually doing the driving thinks this is all very funny, and I am sure will continue until he kills someone...or spends his own life in a wheelchair having someone wipe his sorry butt. What is it with pittsfield police playing favorites with potential vehicular homicidal maniacs?
