Suits question how Kan. prosecutor handled abortion records

At a minimum, this is a huge "chain of evidence" breach on the part of an experienced attorney who should know better. A civil contempt charge is certainly warranted.

This is insane. You don't just leave evidence in your car or garage, and you sure as hell don't take it to Kinko's to copy. This guy is a proven zealot who has yet to prove anything has happened. His "sharing" of files in another jurisdiction is also highly suspicious.
