Challengers will get ballot copies
Plaintiffs who claimed the June 8 primary election was conducted improperly will be able to obtain hard copies of many of the ballots, but they won't be granted another primary, 5th District Judge Robert Lane decided Tuesday.

Nancy Lord and theCCSC are like a cool drink of water. Very pleasant. They may not have gotten everything they asked for,but it searves notice to Merlino, that being opaque doesn't make for public confidence.
