As the current Nye County Recorder, I do not valuate any property. The writer is misinformed. I only use the Assessor's taxable value, an appraisal, or a prior sale. Do not believe everything you read in the paper as the information present is not accurate.

And I might add, if you have a question, call Byron. I did and he answered my questions and provided me the NRS's I needed to check it out myself.

I may not have liked his answer, but he was straight forward with me, and because of that he has my vote and anyone else I can convince to vote for him.

Byron has always been honest. He doesn't even take campaign donations from anyone. I don't think many of the others running can say that. You got our vote Byron.
