Nancy Lord got her hat handed to her in court yesterday.

After losing their respective races, Lord filed a petition on behalf of herself, Donna Cox and Ted Holmes in an attempt to get their names placed on the Nov. election and to hold a new District IV Commissioner primary election.

The petition was thrown out by Judge Lane.
