Phony Navy SEAL in Tonopah

Please read below recent Chamber of Commerce Tonopah news reported by Denise Nelson. She was and is well aware that Michael Burnaroos is a convicted felon with a lengthy criminal history and unsavory background. A third party reports,Grand Theft Auto,Theft,Fraud. Married thirteen times and a phony Navy SEAL. Also alleged he participated in recent breaking and entering and burglary of an unoccupied historic brothel in Tonopah. He was recently fired and kicked off renovation of hair salon by owners Beko-Barnes in Tonopah. Serious code violations and plumbing and electrical had to be redone.
With his career history of fraud theft scams and cons, why would he allowed or entitled to purchase a Historic place, with all the tax breaks and grant money he can and will profit from? It is outrageous that he's being promoted and receiving free advertising press, when in fact he should be under scrutiny and investigation for alleged recent criminal charges. Please read following quote from Chamber News.
The Bartlett House, inducted to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, was the home of Judge Bartlett before he was elected a U.S. Congressman for the state of Nevada in 1907. After returning from Washington D.C., Bartlett became a District Attorney and District Court Judge in Washoe County, Nev., where he presided over more than 20,000 divorce cases during Reno’s boom in the 1920s and 30s. The home has changed ownership several times and is now in the hands of Tonopah resident Michael Burnaroos who purchased the property and is spearheading the renovation.
“This project has the support of the entire community behind it and local enthusiasm continues to grow,” said Denise Nelson, chairman of the Tonopah Chamber of Commerce.“Tonopah is called the ‘Queen of the Silver Camps,’ and the restoration of the Bartlett House puts another jewel in our crown. We are thrilled to kick off the project and once complete we anticipate that it will draw visitors to Tonopah and help renew the community’s enthusiasm for growth.”
More like "A thorn in Tonopah's side" I say.
And just ask Viki or Tim Barnes just how enthused they are. They recently requested correction and asked Denise Nelson not to use their name in any association with Michael Burnaroos.
For everyone's safety, I sure hope the Nye County Sheriff's dept, code enforcement and county and state officals, are doing their jobs.Stolen Valor act should be enforced. Michael Burnaroos did not earn that Trident he so proudly wears.
