hi Suzie,to clear up any missunderstanding's, I'm the one married to your Uncle John, and we met you once up at Lake Goodwin, many years ago. This is mine and Uncle John's first posting on this web site, and I think, many of the people are saying mean and inaccurate information re: your Dad, and you need to just stop listening to it and responding to it, as it's not healthy. Just try to have the best relationship w/your Dad as you can and forget all of this. Also Aunt Kathy is you Grandma Pat's daughter, and she does have some valid history and concerns re: your Dad, but I don't think the internet is the place to air this dirty laundry. And to all you other people posting crap on this site, try to understand that Susan is just a young women trying to protect and support her Dad. on Feb 18, 2010, I attempted to locate Michael Burnaroos (my husband"s Brother) on the internet as Mike's father, my 80 year old frail Father-in-Law who has Cancer (Lymphoma) lives with us in our home, and has for the last six years. I need to be able to find and notify Mike if anything important should happen to his Father, such as a major medical problem or even his passing. I came accross this posting which had alot to say about Mike, and lot's of posting's from Mikes's daughter Susan Alvarez and she had mentioned me (Stacey B.) whom she had met only once when she was a little kid. In these postings she clearly had me mixed up with someone else as it appared she thought John, my husband was married to Kathy, John's sister. I read through all of the text's, sickening! I do know Mike and his M.O. quite well, for the past 26 years, I am extremely close to My husband's parent's, and Pat for 20+ yrs, before she passed away in 2004, and she did share with me so much of the pain and grief Mike had caused them over many years. It was Mike and his ex-wife Karin who kept ther children Debbie and Suzie out of their lives, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the children are able to maintain and nurture the relationship and they failed to do this BIGTIME!! I'm very sorry that your Dad so disgustingly dropped the ball and abandoned his kids but that is what he did and it is not any body elses fault but his, so go to the source and take your anger out on him, because we do not have a relationshp with Mike, as he is a pathological liar, a scheming con man, a dead beat Dad, and a Dead beat Son who hasen't even called his father in two-plus years, not even on his 80th birthday, He just dropped out of his Dad's life, just like he did to you and your sister, he let his parent's down, over and over, with his false promises, blame him!!! At least your Sister, Debbie came to see her Grand-mother Pat before she passed away, and was smart enough to find out the real truth, that your Grand-Parent's didn't abandon you, your parents let you down, Yes, your sister Debbie was able to speak with her Grandparents and find out why things' got so screwed up, and they unfortunately and sadly lost touch with you girls, a Grandparents worst nightmare, I know because your Grandmother was very hurt for many many years, but at some point, you have to let it go and hope that some day, as Debbie did, have your grandaughter seek you out as an adult and find out the real truth. At least Debbie and Your Grandma Pat were able to hash things out, and have a real and loving realationship for just a short time at the end of Pat's life, but for Grandma Pat and I'm sure for Debbie, it was very healing and beautiful for them both, to reunite in truth and Love, as your Grandma never stopped loving you, she just never had any access to you, and in the latter part of her life she was very ill with Emphesema and couldn't take the stress of it all, Thank your Dad for that, just a little more pain he put his own Mother through. The repeated phone calls at 6:00 AM, with the vulgarity, and filthy swearing you did will not be tollerated, period. You dont even know us. Your Grandfather is too old and too ill to even deal with you, and he doesn't want to speak with you. You are a Monster, Just Like your Father, stay away from us, we don't want you, your too far gone, too unreasonble, if you come near us we will call the Police. Our lives are quite fine without you or your screwed-up father Mike. Stay far far away, I'm really sorry your Parent's screwed you over, and I tried to be nice in the previous post, but you early AM phone calls this morning (any more will be taped for the police) so defend your Dad, but everybody els knows the real truth of what he really is, and someday,, if you ever spend any real time with him, you too will find out the truth, but I'm quite sure he will never have the time for you.

Wow look at all of this writing on Michael Burnaroos its unique in ways to see where the love divides and where the truth starts. As for Michael Burnaroos if people really knew the truth or wanted to know the truth all they would have to do is ask his only son and the real and only truth would over flow. My name is Chad Burnaroos and I've spent the last 2 yrs. in solitude from my father and I have my reasons. And good reasons at that I do not wish to exploit his faults in this letter or do I wish to pick him apart for his wrong doings but on the other hand if I was asked a direct question in relation to him I would be inclined to spill the truth on him to the best of my knowledge. Now with saying that I have lived with him I have even supported him in both financially and emotionally as well as every possible way a son could do for the love of his father.I don't have an axe to grind with him I've forgiven him and I have successfully moved on and moved on without him in my life. I have my reasons and those are between him and I and one day when he decides to grow up and except responsibility for his actions he might have a place in my life again but until that day I will remain in hiding. Now you may ask why am I hiding well that is simple for the 23 yrs that i have gotten to know my father all he has ever shown me is havoc and heartache some that I still have a hard time living with, so I do have legitimate reasons for my choices.
Now that I have said all of that I would like to reach out to my Grand-Pa and say hello and I'm truly sorry for missing his birthday and I do wish you the best I have heard so many stories most of them generated from my dad and they are neither here nor there. I would like to somehow have a relationship with you minus all the crap that revolves around my dad. I barely know you and I believe that family is important so it would mean allot to me to reunite with my family. If the haze of my fathers destruction is to great to consider a relationship with me I will understand and except it. As for the rest of my family I also would like to reach out to all of you and lets put the past behind us and work on building a better future a more healthier future. All I want is to live out the rest of my days with the thought that besides all the grief that is in this family that there were few that let it be and tried to salvage a family that needed some TLC. That's all I have to say oh and Michael if your out there and someone is reading this to you I wish you the best and life is so lonely when you have no one to share it with.

We were not going to post, but it seems to be the best way to make contact. We have had Michael on our minds quite a bit recently, we have a lot of history,but none we are hashing on the internet. To be honest, we were surprsed to see he was alive and well, with his poor health, we wondered how long he would be around. I think we are both glad he is a distance away, he surprised us more than once, and it was very hurtful to my husband when he sa Michaels true charactor.
Should family members wish to contact us, we would be happy to chat with you, we are just decent, hardworking people that knew Michael.
We wish you the best this Holiday Season, and we hope that your thoughts and prayers include Chad...he seemed very genuine.
