*Disgusting* Shame on Prescott :(

So the next time - and there will be one - who's gonna go into harms way knowing their families are not provided for in case of accidents ?

Unfortunately, this is not unique to the Arizona Hotshots. Federal forest service employees who battle these wildfires are routinely denied benefits. They treat them as "seasonal workers" so they can deny them access to health insurance, death benefits etc.

Shame on America for allowing this.

Typical of people who agree to something then claim it is unfair when they want something. He was not full time, he knew he wasn't full time and agreed to it and a smear campaign of untruths doesn't change the facts.

I agree, however at the same time it was low of an employer to play Wal-Mart games with people. I'm sure he hoped to be full time and that being part time paved that way. I do believe it's a shame for this red neck city and the people they elected to take advantage of people like this. I have been there a few times too many and it's a very racist place, will never drive through it again. Some places are meant for people to Not Live. Hope next time they let it burn. RiccardoFire
