from Buffalo News:

"Less than three years later, the parish has become a pivotal congregation within the Anglican Church in North America, a rival to the Episcopal Church that grew from a rift between theological conservatives and liberal Episcopalians over Bible interpretation and the ordination of a gay bishop.

"This week, the congregation served as host for a conference of the International Diocese, the new diocese to which it belongs as part of the Anglican Church in North America."

Not over interpretation. The meaning of scripture is clear enough.

It is over the question as to whether scripture is true or authoritative.

Are you learning disabled? If you had read the article, it says: "After the split with the diocese, members left their church behind and purchased a former synagogue at 2368 Eggert Road."
So what is it you libelously clam they stole? I thought the TEC mantra was that people have every right to leave but when they do (ene without claiming the property, "liberals' like you claim that the priests are robbers. If you had the slightest sense of decency, you would at least make an attempt to seek out the facts before libeling others. Too bad the commadment against bearing false witness is not one to which you ascribe.

So what? Your are right that they can come and go as they please as individuals . The problem with the thugs is they usually want to rob TEC of the assets before they go. Sometimes they use the money to buy other pieces of property. The Anglican Mafia is still the Anglican Mafia! Bad seed still produces bad fruit.

Sorry that you can't follow a simple thought. You accused this priest and his congregation of being robbers. That is a bold faced lie and you bear false witness against your neighbor in so claiming. The shame of it is that you lack sufficient conscience to retract a lie even when you are caught red-handed. It is the same as if I accused your priest of condoning pedophila because some other priest was guilty of it. Shame on you. When you make your confession this week, this ought to be high on your list.

George,

Have you forgotten that there is no sin in TEC. If condoning the murder of millions of babies and homosexuality are not sins then nothing is a sin.

It is their claim to be 'orthodox Anglicans' and Christians that is the false witness being discussed in this article.

Since you won't address the issue I raised and lack the character to admit you wrongulffy accused this priest and his congregation, no more need be said. People of good will can disagree yet remain honest and decent. In this exchange, you prove yourself neither and anyone reading can come to no other conclusion.
