if ratified, we give away many hard earned union wages and job rights. We will not be making much money.

good point Joe- half those retards dont deserve to make that kind of money- they are all lazy bums that are on there shift for 8 hours a day, and still need to take hour naps and longer than necessary breaks- good luck finding another job to pay you that kind of money and get away with what you get away with- VOTE NO!

Enough already. We already know the lowest cost and most productive plant is in Napanee Ontario Canada. This plant is what all goodyear plants should model themselves around. Take what you can get and don't ask for more !

Napanee is the most productive in N.A. because they run the same tire in large runs with minimal change overs with the newest equipment. The workers also have no job rights compared to the union plants. The management "team" also listens to what the workers are saying! And the lowest we will be making is about $14/hr, ok Joe?

If you do not move you make $22.70 hr. up to $25.80 an hr. no execeptions. Only your new hires can make less without a voluntary movement.

the people that complain about what union workers make and the benefits they get don't have the backbone to do the work or the common sense to put an application in to get a job. Or you got the people that stay in low paying jobs, afraid to stick up for themselves and wait for the goverment to give them a hand out.

Call your Union. If you're not aware of this your not reading your summary very well. I already read it at one of your local union sites. It's a very clear read.

“Tadpole” must not be able to read very well. He probably needs his union steward to help him with words greater than one syllable…

Like I said earlier, GY Tirebuilders can make over $50,000/year – even more if they work some overtime. I can’t believe they are complaining about this amount, especially since its technically considered unskilled labour.

I got my info from your summary.I never mentioned your incentive only your base wages. You told me to get a clue, where do you read in your summary a "grandfathered" employee goes to grade wage without movement? Being employed there you would think you would take the time to read and understand your own agreement or ask someone who can. www.local307.com

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Pisces

Although you're busy putting the finishing touches to your Christmas preparations, you'll also have to pay attention to someone who's feeling neglected or unloved. Luckily, it won't take much to make this person feel better, so a big hug or a little consideration might do the trick. You should also bear in mind that they may be feeling nostalgic or sad about the past.
