Why are they closing the shelter at Toms River East ?? Barrier Island residents are still not back in their homes, all the local shelters are full, except fo Bayville ad Lakewood which is too far away to go to. This tragedy is still not over until we all get back ino our homs. WHY WAS IT CLOSED?????
