Billy Reppenhagen,56, was charged with driving while impaired last week. The accident took place in Shelton CT, a twenty two year old man is in critical condition due to the injuries sustained in the accident.

Reppenhagen is a former Toms River resident. He and his former wife Jackie have three children. He is the former owner of The Glass Light, a company that produced stained glass products.
