If you have a parcial video recording of someone getting abused, an you have the rest just where they are fussing an him trying to fight her, voice recording. The man saying he hopes the wifes dies, and would die, an calls her every name there is and beyond other verbal things he said. Also threating her. Could this recording be used in court? Or to help her in some way?

It depends on whether u had the people's permission to record everything. Talk to a lawyer or police about it.

It is true. Kentucky is a no fault state, but definitely get a good attorney to make sure she gets what she wants or deserves out of leaving. Starting the process now with my ho"l"e of a husband.

I paid 700 to the lawyer across from the courthouse and i was divorced the next week. i had to get my ex to sign the papers but it was that fast. no fault state so it doesnt matter what you have on your spouse. i had several video recordings of my ex drunk and verbally abusive but it didnt matter because it was a no fault state. i was just glad to be outta the marriage quickly. why drag out things and make everyone involved including yourself go thru hell. esp if theres children involved. getter done asap is my motto when a relationship fails.

find that hard to believe when the state of ky has a mandatory 60 day wait from filing till divorce decree is issued.

my ex husband signed the papers and by the next week i was divorced. there were no minor children involved and we agreed on everything. it goes fast if both parties agree. there is no longer a 60 day wait atleast for my situation there wasnt. if there are minor children involved both parents have to attend a parenting class for the divorce to go thru.
