Don't care if you believe it or not. Ask Danny Biggerstaff he is the one that killed it. not seen one like that in a long time.

How many people actually go in the woods and hunt now, seems like everyone rides the roads, or spot lights. What happened to the hunting part of it?

this is a tad off the subject but still about deer.

what's the coolest mount ? i saw one of two bucks who had gotten their racks stuck together.

the guy that had it explained one deer was dead and the other was in a bad way so he shot it out of pity but kept the racks because it was cool.

two heads face to face with locked racks. it's above his fireplace and just cool as hell.

These stories are funny. My hubby got a 12 point here in barren co. This isn't a story he really did kill a 12 point the last weekend of gun season.

some guy killed a three and half legged dear in monroe county with a bow.

full rack and the deer had the right front leg gone from the knee down.

from looking at the picture you can't tell how the half leg came about. perhaps a clean break from some form of injury or even a birth defect.

it was a 7 point deer that filed dressed at 108 pounds.

from all indications it's a record for the shear fact it's a first of it's kind kill.

i'll post more when i get more information. i wish i knew how to post a picture on topix.
