The headline is misleading (at best)...Both the campaign AND THE MAID RITE MANAGER, confirmed that a tip was paid.

"Restaurant manager says Clinton campaign left tip at Iowa restaurant and didn't skimp".

Would that headline be considered "pro-Clinton"?

Well, if it is acceptable to print a headline which is "anti-Clinton", why wouldn't the opposite also be appropriate (as well as truthful)?
