It's been two years since I first showed up at the ia lottery's front door. The truth shall set us free. The ia lottery gave away money that wasn't theirs to give. The ticket was presented and validated although by the crooks, which by federal law made them only custodians. Treasure trove law is a federal law wich says the rightful owner is and always will be the true owner of his property. Law of possesion says your property is forever your' unless you intentionally abendend it just not by being tricked out of it like in this case.
The ia lottery is trying to use the 99g law wich says that even if one of their own lottery agents steals your winning ticket you are out of luck even if you recover it for it is nall and void like in this case.
The odds of winning this jackpot where 1 in 16m never did it say it included tickets being stolen or lost or destroyed.(False advertisement).
I feel that the 99g should not apply in this matter and should only apply when thiefs steal tickets directly from the retailers or the ia lottery themselfs.

lottery syndicate is just a speculation! This is about theft, and crooked lawyers who thought they had it all figured out. Wait till last minute check courthouse for any lost or stolen reports made by the real owner, then come forward at last minute so that the ia lottery would have no time to ask questions. Then they would be forced to make a 16.5 million dollar dicision to validate or not. The ia Lottery chose to validate because it was to big of risk not to. That ticket has a rightful owner/legitimate winner since they chose to validate then ask questions. I reported this ticket stolen to the ia lottery but not to the police for that exact reason. Greed is a terrible thing! Had I made a police report the hexham crew would had just tossed it and it would had been end of story. They fooled me out of it but karma is a s.o.b and it will bite them in the ass, of course unless ia drops the ball just like NY did with Crawford Shaw.
