I recently had a very bad experience at this office. The place seems to be going downhill. Anyone agree??? Anyone else ever have a bad experience there?

Yes the place sure has gone downhill! They hire staff off the street and call them "nurses." I actually had one lady look in my daughter's throat and say "Wow! Your tonsils are really swollen!" Well she has not HAD tonsils since she was three years old. Really! The staff is basically rude with an exception of two... they talk to you like you are ruining their day by being there! You cannot get in to see a doctor there unless you have been a patient there for a decade. And you better go in there knowing what is wrong with you and knowing what to ask for because you will be told it's "allergies" and sent to the pharmacy for Zyrtec. I will not go back there.

I agree, the place sucks ass. Go somewhere else if you get sick.

Got the "allergies" diagnosis there myself. Then the allergy meds caused acid reflux. Guess what? another expensive prescription. You'd get better care at your local veterinarian.(and I say that with the utmost respect for our animal doctors)

Yeah Mountain Woman that is what she says when she doesn't know what's wrong with you... Allergies.. and she also put someone I know on OTC Prilosec when she felt like she was having palpitations... and she has quite an extensive heart history.. craziness.

She put my husband on NSAIDs when it clearly said in his chart that there was a possibility he had ulcers. She must not have ever read that part of his history...

That office is so unorganized -- I know someone who had a late day appointment a while back and she was FORGOTTEN back in an exam room! The office was CLOSING -- people packing their crap up to go home... and there she was! Hanging out in the back like she had no where else to be!

Which doctor are you referring to? I've been here and do not enjoy the office staff, very rude and I was forgotten in the waiting room. One finally came out after a ton of ppl went ahead of me and said can I help you?

Yes my experiences are 100% true. My particular experiences were with Karen Criminger.

NO, a FNP which I think is a problem. Medical schools exist for a reason, so hopefully whoever treats us will know what he/she is doing.

A FNP always practices under supervision of a doctor. From my (medical) experience. The care received from a FNP is just like that of a doctor. It all depends on who you choose. The good thing about medical care is that if you don't like the care you are getting from your provider don't go back. It is your choice to go there so rather than complaining just find another doctor.

I believe Dr. Mcanallen was there at one time. They are not very good in my opinion. You are better off at the emergency animal hospital.

You might need to get a Bordetella shot before going in the back.
