Well, the fact that the Town of Boone Council doesn't want an open meeting should be in and of itself very telling. The Boone Town Council wants to remain in it's self protective bubble of control and inscrutability...they have been operating in the ' we know what's best for you moreso than you know what's best for you ' mentality for years now. I think some are finally waking up to this fact.

The people of the Town of Boone are going to have to take responsibility for the idiots that they have allowed to run their town! Someone that has some sense has to run for and be elected to the town council. There will be two openings on the town council as well as the mayors office this November. Please get out, participate and vote!

I agree ,this group of people have ruined the town of Boone and wor out their welcome.
