When elected in 1984, State Attorney Norm Wolfinger knew of Judge Moxley's participation as a prosecutor in frame-ups deploying dog handler John Preston and coached jailhouse informants.
A legitimate newspaper would have made the public aware that Wolfinger sacrificed public safety for twenty-five years to hide wrongdoing that hurt many, many others aside from Juan Ramos, Wilton Dedge and Bill Dillon.

Norm Wolfinger should have to serve out the rest of Dillion's "false" life term.
That jitterbug is a disgrace to the profession of district attorney...
