he just came out of ct and no broken bones and able to move arms and legs. He is not dead but keep him, and all involved and their families in your prayers.

i heard he was running from the law and went around curve on the wrong side of the road outside hornbeak and hit a car head on killing 3 people. the people in the truck was not hurt. it was 3 vehicles if what i was told is correct. i guess he was speeding since he was being chased. was on his way to a ballgame to see daughter cheer. innocent people dead because of stupidity.

It was a Bell Family from Kenton who died.

The mother and adult son died instantly.

The father was airlifted and died later.

Prayers for the family of these people.

I don't know about the running from the law, but I DEFINITELY agree with you on innocent people losing their lives because of his selfish stupidity!!! Hornbeak Highway is deadly without passing vehicles when you dont have room or, better yet, the RIGHT TO PASS!!! Horrible tragedy! My heart breaks for the Bell family and for his children!

I haven't heard anyone was running from the law!!! What is being reported is that naifeh was on his way to a basketball game and passed a vehicle and hit this family head on killing three of them....guess we will all find out more when it is on the front page...if this is true, it is very tragic and absolutely senseless!!!!!!

Vehicular manslaughter is always bad. I know of very few places on Hornbeak roads where it is safe to pass...and even fewer where it is legal! If he survives, which I hope he does, I'm sure, as an attorney, he'll appreciate all the trouble he is gonna be in!

dont know about drinking but i do remember when he was running for the election for DA he had a wreck on the bridge near bogota and had cocaine in the vehicle. got out of it then but can he beat manslaughter on 3 accounts? we will see.
