I have been open-minded about it in the past, but I was also open-minded enough to see the holes in the stories, especially the supernatural stuff and how much things don't line-up with recorded historical facts.

Then there is the fact that there are thousands of other cultures who have different beliefs and gods. They all seem to have their own rationalization for the origins of the the universe and human kind, and they are just as sure that their supernatural story is the correct one.

I find myself not having any choice in the matter and have to reject them all as cultural superstition, with all of them being nothing more than stories based on culture, location, and different story tellers.

No amount of rationalization will ever make me believe any of it.

The first part of your post was at least an honest opinion. Was that last part really necessary? Don't you as a self-professed xtian think it is a wiser choice to rise above such insults? You just broke the 9th commandment without even blinking, which is the equivalent of saying, "screw my religion. I was insulted, and now I want revenge".

These are the sorts of things that have me convinced that xtian morality is a farce that is too often preached, but rarely practiced.

What insult, Mona has been insulting me since I have got on? Don't some states marry? Every time I get on here he wants to quarrel, no matter what I say, or do. Sometimes it is hard to rise above insults, I am only human as you. I did mean if his church married, he could go to the state, that marries, and get married. He didn't have to blame me for it. Pushers get pushed, I had enough. Tell me what commandment are you talking about? I didn't think you had a religion? I am confused? WHAT is Knowledge, I started writing prematurely and didn't go back to change. I want know revenge, I want him to quit blaming me for something I can not control. If he wants to do something he should do it and leave me out of it. I am not in control of his life, he is.
