Portions were fine for us, prices are about the same as other places around. Being a small establishment like theirs, it's hard to stay afloat. Best of luck to them, it looks great!

Crabs alright..on the deck overlooking shack across the street breathing smog from traffic. Those two are weird and fake acting, have the irons in too many fires.

I thought it was good and love the idea. Only suggestion would be better silverware. But hey they are new and it was yum! They have scallops and shrimp, lobster rolls, cole slaw, French fries, haddock and more!! Also like that you can get a beer. Lots to choose from. Give them a try I'll be back :-) We should be supporting as local as possible.

Yes, smog, the mill and the fact you sit overlooking busy road inhaling exhaust, under hot canvas in hot sun. Such perfect scenery. Not my idea of ideal..this ain't Maine, just dismal, don't do it right the first time CP. The host/hostess are pretty fishy. Did they renovate the bathrooms/change the staff? Only there once and never went back, and the impression it left keeps me from returning, no matter what they call the place.

Really Are you kidding Just go someplace else. Why bash someone trying to add to the town. So many petty people who like to see everyone fail and then complain that there is no businesses to patron. Just go to Middlebury. I suppose frenchy's deck is too close to the road alo?

Ya always have to have '1' bad apple in the crowd to ruin for everyone. Give the place a chance...
If you don't want to smell the mill, go somewhere else!!!!

Sounds like a nice place. It's good to hear new business moving in to Crown Point. Wish the owners well and much success. Will definitely stop in our next trip to visit friends and family.

The portions maybe small but is it fresh and organic? I don't mind pricey if there is quality and not serving frank-n-food. I can't wait to try this new restaurant here in CP.

I guess fresh and organic would be my question too? If they are just getting frozen seafood off the back of the Sysco truck then plenty of places already offer that.

We are talking about the Crab Shack'; don't know where the 'grab shack' is, but it's a good product at a fair price they all need, not luck.
