not long ago when Dale first opened Roofers there were TONS of complaints here, there & everywhere-remember??
Rememer the nasty bras hanging above the bar? oh yeah that "stripper pole" was so offensive.

What makes ya think it is going to be much different?
OK give him a chance but don't hold your breath for safe, quality night out.

Bouncers-lol-they just there prowling to score on the nights leftovers NOT for safety-they only pick on the ones they don't like.
Best of luck to all involved I 'am staying clear of that place

The bar business has changed for many reasons and will not survive in Ticonderoga. Mostly due to DWI laws and raising the drinking age to 21. And unfortunately the Restaurant business is also hard here in a town that is a summer business with dwindling tourism due to a lack of overnight accomodations, and things to do.
My guess is that this will be another welfare apartment building within a couple years. The old fuddy duddies that influence this town's future do not want tourism here.

The $3 also gets the security cameras and the muscle. Heck yes. Who really misses $3? It looks nice in there, the pizza was good and made by the owners wife, it's got a better layout than Burleigh.

What really is there to complain about ?

$3 goes towards an insurance policy in case some kid gets drunk and races through Crown Point and kills himself and his girlfriend.
Any left over money goes towards a 2 x 4 cross to put along the guardrails as a holy memorial to a wicked good kid and his wicked driving.

I would rather pay $3 an listen to a dj an have the kitchen open when you get hungry after drinking then go to the PUB spend $40 on music an then have to keep asking bar tender to turn it up an then told they cant make a pizza kitchen is shut down at 9 pm pick your battles people
Please

Absolutely.. Wow I can't agree more. I very rarely go out but now, it is a lost cause. For all those that complain: try running a business in this cesspool of an area. It is impossible to please everybody. All folks do in this area is complain and gossip. Every single business is negatively talked about including a box store like Walmart. I retired here years ago, I love the Adirondacks so much but the unhappiness among the residents is sad. No one is happy with anything. I am a young retiree, I gave up going out not because of the restaurants, bars, stores etc. It is because of the miserable people that go there. I wish everyone a good day and I am now back in peace mode and when I go out I will be nice to all.
