You still work for him and get a check from AP Reale every week? I find that hard to believe. I heard the bank froze everything and some of his workers went to work for Reale other found other employment or went on unemployment.

You are one of the lucky ones then. I am not trying to cause trouble only stating a true fact. Money that was suppose to be put into the retirement fund was not.......you must be related somehow, so instead of accusing someone of starting trouble, be honest and realize that some people are still owed money. It is a mute point now because it will never be seen, but not forgotten.
boy he nailed that..

It's not a 'mute' point. It's not a point that cannot talk nor is he discussing the mute button on his tv's remote control. A word that would fit more correctly is 'moot.'

The point was made..........mute or moot...whatever....and "mute" means to "Deaden, muffle, or soften the sound of", so this statement was saying it was a DEAD issue, because it will NEVER be seen!!

As for the government programs, they are the same programs that have been around for decades. I don't begrudge anyone TEMPORARY help. However, it certainly has become a lifestyle for some people/families and for generations.
As I see it, there should be more work programs. Anyone can help pick up litter, for example, including someone in a wheelchair. Supervisors/trainers would be need and that translates into some jobs. And, a high school diploma or a G.E.D. should be required to get assistance--if a person doesn't have one, they should be required to get into a program until they can pass the test. In other words, no more sitting on their butts at home all day and night.
We had a tenant who qualified for section 8, after the apartment was inspected, she began getting assistance for her rent. I learned
the tenant could not read and had been on social services all of her adult life over 40 years. When I met her case worker I asked WHY in all those years had no one asked this individual to get an education and learn to read, her response was "it's her human right to choose not to". I was floored by this response, odd how working people don't have the right to choose not to pay the taxes that supported that woman AND that social worker. The social service mentality is why this country will fall behind in the world market. Correction IS falling behind.

were in ny? I'm not bitter I have never worked for him but know enough to know he can't get bonded maybe someone did it for him but there taking a real chance he has screwed up everything else he has ever touched and his money making supers don't work for him anymore! so if they have you running the job and your hanging on topixs like its your job it won't be long and it will be over again!
