Wow!!! I would be so scared if my kids were missing especially in that location which is not far from the water for a running careless child. Very irresponsible..

That whole welfare-hole is so far past "irresponsible" that it is SICKENING! Drugs, drunks, cigarette smoke, sex offenders, more drugs, criminals of all types, nasty, nasty company, filthy environment, more drugs, stupid parents, stupid grandparents... That is the WORLD that those kids live in. All of them...PIGS!

It is just a matter of time before of those kids is either killed or raped or dies of an accidental overdose, or whatever. What are the cops WAITING FOR???

Then why doesn't somebody call CPS? If these morOns are so dysfunctional that they can't even keep track of their children?

I was in line at the post office one day and an individual was telling another that her husband could go to work in another state, but they decided to stay here because ny gives more benefits......they are often seen at the residence in this discussion....I hope not everyone in this home has this same attitude.

NEVER call CPS unless you are willing to have your identity revealed...sometimes names "slip out." It's not worth it. Some of these people are animals.
I've heard Ticonderoga police relay to dispatch to inform CPS about this place. Last week they were called there to investigate a 3 year old child in the road in nothing but a diaper!!!!! I heard the officer later say he was meeting v CPS there I'm sure nothing was done when I drove by to get my kids at the middle school the child was still outside unclothed. Breaks my heart

All the kids that live or "live" there are at risk. Everyone and no one "lives" there. HUD knows. S.S. knows. CPS knows. Ti PD knows.

I agree that it's just a matter of time before one of those many kids is seriously hurt or dies. And, I agree that it's no use and also not smart to call CPS yourself. I know you want to do the right thing, but they are not to be trusted. After all, they are Essex County government agency. And anyway, what did the do for the small child in the road? Mmmm...they collected their paycheck. That's all they did.

I guess I will write under another "name." Of course people care. It's not the people who have failed all of these children. It is the system.

This is what I would do if I were you. Call CPS of Essex County. Have a conversation with them. Only then will you understand what it really going on. Crap rolls down hill, as they say, and these children are at the bottom of a very nasty hill.

It's not garbage you idiot!! Don't you see the THREE Casella cans sitting there?! If it was trash, it would be in the cans.

You nose bag go mind your own business!

If you really must know! It's the belongings of sheilana-go whine to her! She had to have all of the children's belongings, but the lazy junky lets it sit there, being unused. Why don't you let HER know how you think it looks? Or, better yet MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!

Not necessarily. Some people's trash is other people's...trash. And then there are those that are just nasty.

In any case, the property owner should be fined because it is an eyesore, whether the owner perceives it that way or not. The rest of the town does.

As for junkies, they are all up and down that street, coming and going, in and out of each other's houses. Not just that house, just especially that house. It's not a big secret, and the community is very puzzled as to why nothing is done about it.

Essex Co. CPS is a joke. They use the funds to transport criminals to their criminal court dates. What does their criminal case have to do with CPS? Wasted funds!!

Here's a thought. Use the funds to help the children.

And, Medicaid is another joke. They pay for these drugs for people trying to quit heroin and opioids. Why isn't there a cut off? Medicate them, but for 6 mos or a year, don't give it to them indefinitely.

The babies born drug addicted don't get medicated for more than a couple of months. Why do their parents get drugs free, for years?

I hear a certain two children are doing wonderfully! They are growing and thriving more now, than they did for the past half year!

Now, go back to minding your own business!!

Nothing is done because it is not true. How would you know what happens at others houses? Does the town know what goes on at yours?

They aren't going to ticket her, they know why it's there. If anything they should ticket her.

Another idea. Take pictures and POST THEM!

Trespass

There is actually a law about taking pictures of someone house. It's a trespassing law. If the owner of the house wanted to presue charges they could and probably would win. So if think before doing that.
