Ultramar now Pyrofax is the worst of the worst.They need to hang it up. They could probably heat the whole town with the fumes from SK's Musk oil smell/She smells like she fell in a vat of it.

Man, I couldn't agree with you more on heating the whole town, but with the money they have swindled people out of. They by far are the worst around Ti.

I second that---the ELK with the horns and a sorry role matter for elkdom , oozing all over df who is brainless as she.

We have used Ultramar now Pyrofax for nearly ten years. We have had a great experience with them. They deliver quality products and have OUTSTANDING servicemen. We have nerver had any issues with them and highly recomend their company. We can't imagine using any other heating service for our house.

yeah, we used ultramar for about 13 + years and the service sucked. we had leaky valve on our radiator, he took it apart, left it apart called days later to let us know he had to order a part, we called numerous times, it's 2 years later, the radiator was never fixed, he even left it pulled away from the wall in the room, what a jerk! and their pricing really sucked they screwed us big time and we went to another company this year

Well I can tell you I will never buy from then again!! Right after the budget was over they FILLED my tank at top price!! Now I did not ask them to fill me and for gods sake you would think it would at least have been at budget price. If they did this to more of there customers what a way to make money. This is a small town and word get's around. Times are hard enough come on Ultramar.

I would recommend Alex at Lakeside....he does good work,is clean, respectful and offers a fair price for what you get...adk grp.

mt. petro is great. been with them for yrs. and never ever had a problem.

Have you tried all of these people? Alex with Lakeside, is not a crook by no means. If you actually knew who he was, you would not think that. So, please don't judge if you don't know. If you feel you have gotten ripped off by one of these people, then say something to them. They should have receipts for what they purchased, ask for them.

By Far, Shaw fuel is the best! Cheapest too.

We have good luck with getting our 'fuel oil' from Griffith Energy, and also Mt. Petroleum has good fuel too. As far as service goes, I ask for either 'Doug S.( owner) or Pat M.' at Champlain Valley Htg. & Plbg. I know both of them, and they are 'honest' people.

As far as Ultramar goes..FORGET IT!! I would rather 'freeze' then have any of their fuel oil..
as far as the people who work there, I don't know SK very well, but Rick P. is very nice.

Surprise that he has stayed with them for as long as he has. I know he used to 'own' the business, probably with some partners(?), and maybe not...
I don't know that. Just would not think he would stand for some of those doings!!!

All I can say for those of you who 'like Ultramar (PYROFAX)...watch your 'bill' and your fuel tank to make sure they put the amount of fuel in and not carry some over...if you know what I mean!!!!!

i had so many problems with ultramar, i was force to do business with them because they bought out deyos fuel and i had a pre pay with deyos it was terrible a nightmare, they wanted me to purchase a new tank and much more . so i went with treadways and its been a couple of years happy with them.

This subject should be which is the 'worst' dealer..
Highest prices? Worst service? Rude office people? etc.etc.

I agree with Nellie Belle.. for a service company I have always had Champlain Valley Heating and Plumbing do all of our service work,i will not let anyone else touch my heating system.I always ask for Pat M. to do our yearly service on our furnace.He does a great job and a very neat worker.He also explains the ins and outs of the system and if there is a potential problem..he makes no bones about what has to be done to correct it.

well i personally know alex at lakeside he is very fair and does expert work now griffith is also coming around but doug s at cvh&p he is a crook a liar and i worked for him unfortunatly and he sells used parts for double new price lol so you people stick with him he likes your money

S.K has no personality and has drove cusomers away from there as she has with the Elk's. She is the ringleader with M.S,R.K and R.S that controls the Elk's. She has her own interest at heart as some others down at the Lodge. I know from speaking with others it is a private drinking hole for them.
