Find something better to do with your time! Boy, some people DO NOT have a life. Talk about brain washed! If you don't know anything about drugs, or the people who do them, why do you KNOW that they are horrible things, or horrible people that are doing them? Grow up, move on, get a REAL life. Go fishing or something, YOUR IN THE ADIRONDACKS!

I would like to know where it is posted that living in the Adirondacks means drug use is acceptable. Bull crap.Number one it is not legal and number two not every person in the Adirondacks does drugs. Actually this person does have a life because they choose to say No and to try to keep this shit out of the hands of our youths. As far a horrible people are concerned does this include the dealers? Now let me tell you when I sit and watch kids of all ages pulling up to buy this shit it makes me sick. I know these kids and there parents.Sometimes up to 20 cars a night. What's worse is the mother lives in this same friggin house as her son with other kids. Now mama is either real stupid or let's her son deal.Is this what getting a life means?
Of Course

Really, I totally agree with you. The problem is, if you live in the Ti area, the big crime is a traffic violation. You can deal drugs, rape, steal, just don't go 10 mph over the speed limit or god forbid, let your inspection run out. These local cops are either scared, or payed off, but they will never make an attempt to fight any real crime here.

This is not really about the cops it's about drug use in Ticonderoga. Some think it's OK but I do not agree. I want to be there to witness when these rotten bastards get taken down.

Or is this thread cutting into your drug dealing?
Why would you not want someone to start this thread to maybe save some kids from a life of drugs?

Remember when you were young,
You shone like the sun.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there's a look in your eyes,
Like black holes in the sky.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
You were caught on the crossfire
Of childhood and stardom,
Blown on the steel breeze.
Come on you target for faraway laughter,
Come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!
You reached for the secret too soon,
You cried for the moon.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Threatened by shadows at night,
And exposed in the light.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Well you wore out your welcome
With random precision,
Rode on the steel breeze.
Come on you raver, you seer of visions,
Come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!

Not everyone agrees with all kinds of drugs. There are many different kinds actually, including ALCOHOL! Everyone makes a HUGE deal about perscription drugs, as well as I do, but what about ALCOHOL? Do you know how many people are killed by alcohol poisoining each year, or by getting in a car accident while intoxicated? How many times have you heard "Oh, my son died from smoking too much marijuana"? NEVER! And as far as cigarette's, there are more toxins in a pack of cigarette's then there is a campfire! Smoking one pack a day for a YEAR will lower your life expectancy by two years (+/-). Do the math and fight against something that the gov't has made legal to use. Perscription drugs are dealt out like candy to "sick" people everyday by a "qualified" individual; their approved "drug dealers". These people act like they have all these problems, and sell this crap to children, or give it to them, without them even knowing what it is! All these "legal" things should be the main focus on everyone's mind. There are more DUI's, DWI'S, and motor vehicle accidents from being drunk, then there are arrests for possesing drugs. Does THIS make sense? Lets focus on a bigger matter then trying to rat people out who you think are "suspicious", if you start having people do that, they are never going to be trusting of people; they will pick EVERYONE apart, and then where would we be? Worse off then we are already, in our horrible little, judgemental community, where if you SAY something wrong you are talked about for a month! Come on people.......I can understand if you SEE these things; take a picture, whip out the video camera! There's your proof you need to bring the scum down. But not EVERYONE is guilty, keep that in mind.
Very funny

I'm sorry but has it not been proven that marijuana has medical purposes? Have you ever heard of a doctor prescribing a patient alcohol or cigarettes to relieve them of nausea. How about the cancer patient that has gone through chemo that cant eat a single bite of food but if they smoke alittle weed they all of a sudden have an appatite. What if this was your dying grandmother and pot helped her to die in peace and on a full stomach. Glocoma patients who smoke and then their eyes relax enough so that the can go out into the sunlight and try to enjoy life. Folks with extreme migrain headaches that magically disapear after a joint. This has all been proven to work in states that have allready legilized medical marijuana. Why cant the rest of the states adopt these laws? Does it only pertain to humans in the states that it is allready legalized in? Are they somehow more in need if they live in california then new york? You know why it will never be legalized? Because the government makes more off busts and seziures in one year then they could off of taxing pot in ten years. They want there to be alot off money being made by dealers that way they can swoop in and make an arrest take all the money and then send the guy to jail for fifty years. Meanwhile some pederass kiddy toucher gets to roam free and act out on his sick and twisted ways. So ask yourself you do you fear more?

I have to agree with Legalize don't criticize...

I'd much rather see Alcohol made illegal and marijuana legalized....

how many that have smoked, have killed someone? How many are violent? How many kill people behind the wheel?

now look at alcohol...how many have killed someone? MANY...how many are violent when drinking TOO MANY, how many have killed people in their cars....TOO TOO many.

We spend MUCH too much money trying to stop people from using marijuana, when really it should be legalized to a point....I completely agree with the medicinal use of it, absolutely.....

My state has legalized it for medicinal purposes....however people are still being arrested....i watched a state police helicopter yesterday for 45 minutes doing circles, I know that they are looking for the crops, isn't it that time of year?(I don't use or grow...so I'm not sure), so how many thousands was spent, for what?

I know someone up the road must be dealing...the traffic is crazy....where are the cops? Why aren't they doing anything about that?

Many of the chronic pain suffers agree that if pot was legal they would throw their vicodone/Oxyc/Hydroc away. Do you know how bad these are for your body but then you can not suffer 24-7 either!I take 3 10-325 hydroc/apap most days..sometimes can get through with less. I will not break the law but if pot were legal and it worked and I could cut down or even get rid of the narcotics I would be so happy.
Having narcotics in your home is like being in jail.. I have a lock on my bedroom door with the pills in a locked box inside a locked safe..I am responsible for these pills and I always think what if someone got ahold of them and died or something. I would gladly trade them in for pot!
My doctor tells me I can use it for the pain but there is still a fed law against it so I could be arrested anyway. How would my teen grandkids feel to have granny in handcuffs? Here's the other side of the story.
