Well the tax payers have spoken! I hope the newest board member doesn't have a personal agenda. We need what is best for the district.

I hear Grinnell wants to run for Supervisor next time. Hope not. Lousy job on the School Board, can't imagine he'd do any better at the Town level.

Why don't you just tell us what your "revenge" conspiracy theory is? Man up or shut up!

I had my name taken out of a will so that I would not inherit a piece of family property. We already have one piece of property that we are paying taxes on, and we are hardly there because we have already moved out of NY! Why? Because we had had enough! We don't mind paying our fair share, but these people aren't even trying to be fair. Good luck to the rest of you! Sincerely.

The board managed once again to get their mis-managed budget passed. This school district is in dire straits and someone had better start doing the right things. Spending $500,000. more than you should every year can only go soooo long. If they were managing a business it is called 'bankruptcy'!

I don't usually post on here because it is usually so negative, but I wanted to put my two cents in. The teachers and staff members of the Ticonderoga CSD do more for their students then you people will ever know. They have been known to bring in clothes, shoes, food, school supplies, etc. for their students that are less fortunate. Please stop putting the School District down unless you walk in the employee's shoes for the whole school year and see what they do that goes above and beyond. I commend them all!

I have. And the truth is--the fact is--that some teachers go the extra mile for kids by bringing in clothes, shoes, etc.(which I have mixed feelings about), and some teachers (and staff) bully kids. Opposite ends of the spectrum, which you will find in any organization.
