Hague Fatal Accident
CONCERNED

The cause of death was because of the lack of taking care of the roads. It was six days since we had a bad storm, and the town crew in Hague could not keep up with the roads!!!!! I am so angery that that they are letting the crew get away with the neglect that caused children to be motherless!!!!!!! My prayers go out to the family.

something like this just gets you to think.. what if it happens to you.. do you have a family? will they be taken care of.. wow.. it just hits to home. I have not even thought of making a Will or life insurance until I hear of things such as this happening..

Renee, I'm really not sure how to put this without sounding heartless. But there are times went we can't do anything. Your right , IT HURTS. Look at it this way, You were there . You did everything you could. It is something that will stay with you forever.Alot of peeps crab about what we don't do. They should walk a mile in our shoes. We are peeps that care and no one can take that from us. We do what we can, when we can! Yes and there are times when we have no control. The guy from above thought he needed her more then we did here on earth. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work. To the Family, May your Angel watch over you from Heaven. God Bless You All.

To The Jennifer Fenimore Family
Losing someone we love is never easy to accept,
And sometimes it must seem
As if the pain is almost too much to bear.

But I believe that your love
Will outlast the pain of the grief you're feeling.
I believe that you have a place
Deep in your heart
Where treasured memories will always live.
And one day those memories
Will be a tremendous comfort to you.

Until the day when you can smile again,
I hope it helps to know
How sorry I am and how much I care.

I am from Ti...I just came on here and came upon this.....This is making me sick to my stomach...I too was just in a car accident on Jan 26th. I went off the interstate and slammed into a rock ledge wall..I have two small boys myself. Since that day I am scared to death to drive and I drive two hours every day to get to work....I just can't beleive this happened to this poor woman...I keep thinking of the thoughts that were going through her head.....this is just really making me sick....Her name doesn't sound familiar, but I am sure if I saw her face or her kids I would know who it was....my heart truly goes out to her and her family, especially those little boys....THis winter has just been awful....as you can see no matter what type of vehicle you drive doesn't lesson the chances anymore...I am really thinking of packing up and moving somewhere warm...She and her children and her husband will be in my thoughts and in my prayer....

I am so distraught that this happened to Jen. Jen and Curt are great people and this absolutely breaks my heart for this tragedy to happen to Curt and the children. She was a wonderful friend, neighbor, wife and especially a great mother. This is tragic! It's not supposed to happen this way. I can't describe the sadness that I feel for Curt and the boys, as well as Jen's family whom I know loved her very dearly. My prayers go out to them all. Remember, she is in good hands now, it seems God always takes the best too soon!

This is to everyone who helped the day that a families life was changed forever. Many EMS & Fire Department members were involved but also there was three angels sent to the scene that day that I do know that helped out the most important way they could by taking care of the children. Even know they felt helpless they put that all aside to make sure the children were safe. These people are wonderful and they need to know they did everything that they could in this situation. You know here Im giving this advise and its been really hard for some of us on the fire department because we always think we could of done more. We are taught to say lives and when it dont turn out that way it crushes you. But most of us are like family and we keep saying to ourselves we saved 3 lives and now its time for the healing and its going to be a very long road for everyone involved.Thank you to everyone involved we all need each other.

I have known Jenn since we were 10 years old. I still can't believe she is gone and my heart goes out to Curt and their sons they are in my thoughts and prayers. To Renee thank you for trying to help Jenn you did everything you could. All I can say is that her three sons now have a precious Guardian Angel sitting on their shoulders. I have lost two of my best friends almost exactly a year a part and both left behind young sons. It's tragic!

This is a case where the Hague Highway Department is partially responsible for someone's death. Has there been a call for the resignation of the highway superintendent?

Please just BACK OFF dont you think that this town and there families are going through enough!!!!!! And just for the record do you know that the highway super out here is related to the family...So just please keep your negative comments to yourself, this family, fire dept, ems squad, and highway dept. have enough to deal with!!!!!!!!!!
