First and for most, Tom Hayes is not running for re-election of mayor again this next term. And if Brian Eads gets voted in as the mayor of lexington, our town is going to have some major problems to worry about. I don't know about the rest of the citizens of lexington but I don't want a druggie or even an ex-druggie being the mayor of our town. Bad reputations follow you forever in a small town and recent acts by brian have shown us that he will never change his ways. We need a new mayor and one who actually cares about our town and making it grow.

Mea culpa; I should have known that Tom Hayes would be lost without Boss Lawyer to pull his strings ...

I just launched my book on LEADERSHIP 'Teaching Fishin/Leadership Conversations' today!!!...the online/PDF ebook is available now at www.dougbooker.com
Teaching Fishin’ is the first of a series of books to help all those who lead people; as well as those responsible for developing leadership.
Each of our books will begin with a discussion (or conversation) about leadership, and each book will include a story that offers skill development and practical learning (Part II). This book and the entire series is applicable to leadership development at work, within communities, school, parenting, teaching, church settings, coaching—virtually any role that requires leadership.
Next book, due out by the holidays, will be titled GROWING TEAMERSHIP :)

Daily Horoscope for December 3

Scorpio

This is not the easiest day for concentrating on what needs to be done, whether tackling those Christmas cards and letters, writing out a list of jobs, or getting on with other urgent work. Mental activity seems to be blocked, as Mars is slowing and Mercury is under cosmic pressure. Take some time out for meditation, or reflection, and let your subconscious do the work.
