Thousand Oaks' Du-par's closes

As much as she enjoyed the Saturday matinee of "Cats" at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, Lois Williams of Santa Clarita found herself thinking about something else during the show: the dinner rolls at Du-par's Restaurant & Bakery.

We are so sad to see Du-pars close! We have been eating there regularly on Sundays for years. We even miss our favorite waitress who became one of our son's favorite friends.

It will close in Granada Hills if they don't lower their prices.
