Of course it's going to be hard...but come on. This is britney spears! She may be a little weird, but she is/was one of the hardest working female artist ever. I do think she'll get over it.

Britney Spears problems can be blamed on Paxil. I call it PaxHELL. It's awful stuff, so are all of the other SSRIs, Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, Celexa and Luvox. They can all make some users do very uncharacteristic things, especially if they drink alcohol on top of it. Rosie Odonnell's on one of them and can't control her mouth. What Britney needs is to withdraw, very slowly, from Paxhell. It's god-awful to quit taking as are many other antidepressants, but that DOESN'T mean that one "needs" to be on them. While I'm at it - they can all cause suicidal thoughts and actions.

I've been on Effexor from only one week but am cautiously very optimistic. Prior to this I was on citalopram but still feeling very low and sleeping poorly, feeling like I needed to be in bed 12-16 hours a day. Now I am waking naturally after only 8 hours sleep and finding it much easier to concentrate at work. I can hardly believe it is working so quickly but I feel so much better. I've had no side effects.
