Nice grammar dude.

An isolated incident means nothing. I can think of a few examples that contradict your weak argument, if it can even be called that.

1. Illegal immigrant's buying power, which is in the tens of BILLIONS (over a trillion every year)
2. Cheap labor, which thousands of US firms take advantage of
3. Children of Illegal immigrants (born here) which serve in our military, fighting for YOUR freedom. For the idiots that don't think they exists, just within my family and close friends, I know close to 10. Like I said, just within my closest friends. I'm sure there are hundreds of these cases out there.

Are u serious? Did you not read the story on who caused the accident! Jarillo didnt cause the accident, so why shld he be arrested besides for driving without a license! And if anyone is tryn to avoid an accident they would and he tryd!(whether you have a license or not) And even drivers that are license still cant drive its not that hard to pass a drivers test that jst takes you around the corner and back. SMH on how narrow minded ppl can be!RIP TO THOSE WHO DIED!!! And may jarillo case be thrown OUT!
And therein lies a big part of the problem. I agree that the DMV seems to hand out driver licenses like candy.
Perhaps a class-action lawsuit, similar to those against the gun and tobacco industries, is in order.

That said, had Mr. Jurillo went to the DMV and gotten a driver license he would not have been arrested on these charges - unless he had been drinking, or driving unsafely.

Anyone of any race, legal or not, is required by law to have a driver license if they wish to drive. If you do not have one you cannot legally drive. If an unlicensed white driver were involved in these same circumstances, the result would have been the same.

As stated numerous times earlier, and correctly, if Mr. Jarillo had been following the law and NOT driving, he would not have been in a position to be involved in this accident and, just maybe, these children would not have died.

It was a tragic accident that took the lives of four very young people.
I am against illegal immigration, but this was an accident. I don't believe that he intended to kill anyone.
Hence manslaughter and not murder.

I wonder if there are Illegal Immigrant activists using these same arguments in Mexico in relationship to Hondurans, Guatemalans, El Salvadorians and anyone else south of the Mexican border. Oh wait, illegal immigrants are simply that, and no anchor baby citizenship, no rights, nothing.

I agree with him needing to have a license, but he didnt start the accident the other car did and i think thats wat ppl are missing is that those cars (all of them) where already in an accident! Then came along jarillo who tired to stop but couldnt in time!. you cant stop the inevitable!

Well thanks for helping my cause. The problem has its roots from the government policies enforced by the idiots YOU legal citizens elected. Don't go around blaming the RESULT of bad government policy and incompetent elected officials. The US literally invites illegal immigrants here.

You all don't know this man. He was a hard working family man with two small children. I met him as I am the taxi driver that drove him and his family home from the hospital that fateful night. It was pouring rain and they had just passed through ice and snow and were glad to have made it safely through it. When they came upon the accident, they could not stop in time. They felt awful! After meeting him, I know that these are the type of people that we SHOULD have in America. There are a lot of non-illegals that are sucking off the tit of America and that contribute nothing. This guy loved his wife and kids and just wanted to provide a better life for them in America. They weren't drunk and they were driving safely. Other factors contributed to the crash.....not negligence.

Being unlicensed means nothing. It's a damn plastic card that says you're "qualified" to operate a vehicle. Brake pedal, gas pedal and steering wheel. Where is the rocket science part? You idiots make it seem like this was a doctor with no medical training who decided to operate for no reason.

I started driving at the age 15 and I can tell you that reading a stupid DMV book taught me less about driving than my practicing on my own. It's not like this guy was a minor with no prior experience. He's in his 30s, how long do you think he's been driving? A safe bet would be around 10 years. Now if you don't think someone who's been driving for 10 years can operate a vehicle safely, you're a complete tool bag (given they aren't retarded or something).

PATHETIC pieces of racist s**ts you guys are....

Well, I didn't vote for these bozos who are literally whoring themselves out for future votes. Then there are the "Hispanic/Latino/Chicano " Flavor of the day politicians who for some reason want to give more rights and privileges to "their" people; Joe Baca, Fabian Nunez, and the rest of their ilk.

False!

If he wasn't there, someone else could very well have been in his same situation, licensed or not. You will never know for sure if what you are saying is true, period.

Again licensed or not, means nothing. A fuc**n plastic card says nothing about your ability to drive. You know why? Cuz 99% of people who apply get one! So if he had the legal status to apply for one, he would have more than likely gotten one. So to question his ability to simply stop in time stupid. There was an accident, he was unable to stop on time. CUT THE BS.

Ummm... it's the plastic card that gives you a legal right to drive. Much like the plastic "green" card gives you the legal right to live in the U.S. I wonder if you have either.

P.S.- Using your logic, the Constitution is just a bunch of words on a piece of paper. I guess we should ignore that too.

You fail to see my point. You idiots make it seem like if he was licensed, these people wouldn't have died. Having a DL doesn't make you a safer driver than a person who doesn't hold one. In fact, I would argue that people with no DL drive safer because they don't want to get pulled over, so they avoid infractions and reckless driving.

Get over this BS about him not being licensed. Accidents happen every single day. YOUR logic is that licensed drivers are safe and don't cause accidents that kill people...which is extremely inaccurate....

No, idiot, you fail to see my point... YOU CANNOT DRIVE WITHOUT A LICENSE. IT'S ILLEGAL. IF HE HAD FOLLOWED THE LAW, HE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DRIVING, AND THEREFORE WOULDN'T HAVE HIT THE OTHER CAR, AND THEREFORE THE CHILDREN (fellow Hispanics I might add) WOULDN'T BE DEAD. Comprendes idiota?

Stop assuming sh** you don't know. Someone right behind him could well have hit the Altima had he not been there. You read the article? No where does it mention he was driving reckless, which means a licensed driver wouldn't have been able to avoid hitting the car either. So a licensed driver would probably have caused the same damage, would it matter?

By the way, making something illegal doesn't mean it's right. Women weren't allowed to vote at one point, was that right? Alcohol was abolished for a number of years, they realized what a mistake it was, so they overturned that too. All im saying is, laws change all the time, driving without a licensed is not a horrible thing you should be getting all pist about. There are way more serious things out there and you idiots focus on the little things, mainly because of the negative stereotypes hispanic people have, specially if they are here illegally. Just because you are here illegally doesn't mean you come here to steal, murder and rape.

If the guy's name would have been Brian Thompson or some name similar and he was also an illegal, this story would HAVE NEVER been written and you wouldn't be here talking all your sh**.

You idiots jump to conclusion on the basis of surnames and assume these people are hardened criminals just because they are here illegally. GET A FUC** CLUE. Your views are molded by stupid media outlets who want you to HATE the hispanic community. Don't realize what race these morons are? Bill O'Reilly, Lou Dobbs, Glen Beck, Nancy Grace and on and on and on....These idiots love to stir up hate and deny they are biased. They claim it's about legality, my ass it is.

Thank you, Marie for a fine specimen of most hispanic's idea of assimilation. See, you, the legal American citizen, are supposed to devolve into the Mexican culture- not the other way around. This is what latinos think is meant by assimilation. Amazingly arrogant and brazen! But there's more: To invade a sovereign nation and then have the nerve to discuss removing said citizens!!!
I guess you failed to read any real history books in college. You sound like a hypocrite.. How do you think America was founded? Those pretty missions that tourist visit and admire, were prisons built by the only real native people to this land. They didn't volunteer their efforts. They were beat and raped. The irony is, they were imprisoned in those missions and force fed Christianity by a bunch of people fleeing their own country in search of freedom. So before you complain about assimilation, remember where you came from and you are free to return.
