When you say there is no such word, and a dictionary says "there is such a word", you are wrong.

Really stupid.
It was spread by the point of a sword all through the middle ages, whole towns and cities were ordered to convert or die, entire populations wiped out.

We are not mean people, but we do have rights to defend ourselves. We only defend ourselves when people are saying things that either they did not understand what we say or they just want to argue about something and now trying to change what we did not write. We will not be defamed on this forum and that is mostly what we are talking about. If you want to call us every name in the book face to face, that would be fine and we can deal with that, but about a week ago (will not mention name), when people start calling us for instance calling me, a f ho, that is just going to far. I am not a ho and that is what you call defaming ones character. I know of a TV show that got taken off the air for 2 years because someone called a person a ho on TV. We do not plan to take this any further, but it would be nice if people in the forum would be a little bit more courteous by not calling people names and just discuss or maybe argue without being totally mean and slamming people. We do not take it as a joke, for we joke around alot in our family and friends, but not to the point of putting someone down or defaming their names. If anyone on the forum has been hurt by what we are saying in our opinions, we are sorry, for our intent is not to hurt anyone, but if someone on the forum does not like the Scriptures that we have wrote on the forum, we are not sorry because we did not write the Scriptures, we are only quoting what God wrote through his Prophets and we are in no way ashamed of what God Has Written, for we believe in what He Says and we try to Obey His commandments and that is it.

Whoever kookaa is, We are telling you right now that we will not allow you to change our posts of what we actually have been saying. This is something that is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. We would never change anything that you say, so what kind of person are you anyway? For anyone on the forum, would you allow people to change your words and direct something that you said be changed to be evil? I do not think so. Just because we do not agree does not give you any right whatsoever to do such things. We want this so stop immediately. There is such a thing as defamation of character and I do know that there are ones out there that have tried to defame our character. We ourselves really do not care what you say about us to our face, but when you print things that defame people, you are going to far. Why do most of you feel that it is necessary to call people names? When you have discussions and if you are upset about something someone says, you can be upset and maybe let people know without defaming people and calling them a F word with a ho with it or other bad comments, can't you just say, I am sorry to disagree, but this is what I believe and think? You all know who you are and we certainly did not get on this forum to call people names. We do not live that kind of life. On post #211485 kookaa used the word blather and also the knife cuts both ways, sunshine. That is not acceptable at all. We have just as much right to be on this forum as everyone else does. I think that this subject of prop. 8 and homosexuality needs for people to give their own view, but did not expect ones to change what we have said.
Nothing you post is acceptable, you fcking troll. Now just shutup, Sybil. Take your blathering self righteous bullshyt somewhere else.

Four possible occasions for the partial or complete destruction of the Library include: Julius Caesar's fire during the Alexandrian War in 48 BC; the attack of Aurelian in AD 270 – 275; the decree of Coptic Pope Theophilus in 391 AD; and the Muslim conquest in (or after) AD 642.

There are a lot of different theories on this and that about the Library.

I don't think it would make a lot of difference.

It's like having the Library of Congress burn down - a tragic loss, but all of the knowledge is actually still around somewhere.

In today's society it's not the Westboro Church telling us what is the common accepted standard. In our society today it's more about who is causing harm to others. Suzzane and her coward husband, and I say coward because he sits there and let's her control him, are making comments and posting they support people that do hurt others.

For you information, God did not cause these things of children being born with diseases, or homosexuals born that way or whatever, but if you read your Bible in the Book of Genesis, he says he made everything perfect and then woman decided to eat of the fruit that God told her not to eat and then she gave it to the man, then because they ate of the fruit, then SIN came into to world. God set the world in motion and told man that he was to Obey His Commandments, and he did communicate many times in the Old Testament to His Prophets, but sin became a continual sin and then God only communicated through His Word through the Prophets. There are more ways to sin today because there are more things available to cause them to sin as they did not have in the Old testament, such as watchng filthy movies, watching filthy channels on TV, Pornography etc. God does not cause anyone to sin, for he loves us and he only wants us to Obey our Hearts and if you search your Hearts, you will know if you are a Christian what is good and what is bad for us. When Jesus died, he said "IT IS FINISHED", he said all he could and did all he could to save his people and still they would not obey Him, but there is a remnant that do obey and those are the ones that receive His Son Jesus to help us live the way he created in the beginning. Jesus Blood is what saved us, but we are bought with a price of His Blood, so we MUST be in tune with the Holy Spirit in everything that we do and then we can live the life that God intended us to live when he Created Man in he first place. If you do not want to believe any of this, we cannot do anything about it and we would never try to push Christ on anyone, but if your Heart is telling you that you want to live a Christ Like Life, then receive Him as your Savior and he will help you change your life.
look, i've tried, really tried, to reason with you. i've been polite and respectful of your beliefs while stating fact and truth.

you continue to type things that do harm. that do harm to my fellow human beings. others try to get you to stop because THEY recognize the harm you inflict upon others.

i think, all we can at this point, is just scroll on past your posts without reading & just keep posting the truth of matter in hopes that blather and harmful comments are ignored by those that are facing some issues.

so, from here on out, your posts, as with a few other individuals in this thread, will just be scrolled past without further thought. it's useles to discuss things any further with you as you fail to see the harm you're doing. sadly, you choose to turn a blind eye to the repercussions of your words.

The world was very different back then, we could burn down the library of congress and we would lose little. Because there are other major repositories of knowledge, not at that time.

But don’t just focus on that, we can move on from those 1000 years of lost knowledge onto the spread of Christianity at sword point, the death toll was staggering, particularly when you factor what a percentage of the actual population it was.

this is before we even get close to the purges in Europe preceding and during the Crusades before you even get anywhere near Jerusalem, and after that we can discuss the inquisition, often referred to as "Spanish" however existed all across Europe.

The wars, the purges, the murder and on and on and on.

We even see it today, the repression of people out of bigotry, we see it here on this forum, it is still going on.

if you want to avoid a confrontation, stay away. Get used to it here on topix. After all your hate you have been spitting on people, now you are the victim? LOL And if you have a complaint about a person, complain to topix. If I felt topix was doing damage to my life, then I would leave. Nobody is defaming your character unless all the posts from you about defaming gay people is not from you. If you had a case for being defamed, what harm have you suffered from it? I'm sure your not dumb enough to use your real name? Are you getting phone calls? Emails? threats?
