Just as well. The trailor would have been "stigmatized" any way.

Well, what does it matter, I guess. They know what happened. But if there was any chance to clear Grant's name, his parents have destroyed that forever.

Even if it is a place that people don't want to remember, we have to remember that everything that his two small children owned were in that place. They are now left with nothing.

I will never understand why these guys just don't kill themselves ... why do they have to take someone with them? Totally selfish and arrogant.

Didn't the kids live with his ex-wife?
I thought they did - so hopefully they didn't lose "everything" they owned.
So sad

Well WELL maybe its the people who rob my dad and step mom in Perry County then set their HOME ON FIRE TO COVER THE EVIDENCE<<<<BY THE WAY THE KILLER(S) hAVE NEVER BEEN FOUND....and what a quinkidink that it was on the 7th that the fire took place, because my dad was murder and house set on fire on the 7th of march of 2007 right around the corner from where this happend...maybe if they find the killer of my dads case, he wont think its okay to keep robbing people and setting there house on fire....bec it sounds like to me thats who struck again...but I do beleive that Grant had planned this murder of his wife and himself...if he took his dad gun without his dad knowing...but how do you kill yourself with a gun that my question?

The kids lived with their dad and they did lose almost everything they had, and their important records for the kids was in that home so was these kids dads belongings so anything they might of got to have of their dads who was a good father to the children except for this inncodent rather this tragedy never the less their dads things are all gone now. I am related to the children on the ex wifes side and I'll tell you this I didn't approve of Grant leaving his ex wife for this girl and the choices he made but he wasa good dad like I said, his children mourn for him and as far as grants new wife eva she was young to young to die and my family mourns for her families loss and grants families loss. It's hard on everyone all the way around. These children lost enough and who ever set fire to that home needs to know that ......

c collins I feel for you s well this location is a good was away from yor parents not around the corner.
i beleive their home was more near Zanesville on the opposite corner of Perry County.
Hopefuly someday you will be able to have peace and the Perry Co Sheriff Dept will do their jobs on both cases. Try to keep yor faith that justice will be done.
As for someone else doing this only god knows now.
This was huge tradgedy for all of us.
