That will be interesting to see a few managers doing the work of 9,000 workers. They might learn a little something about how tough a job it is, too. Give the people their health insurance, for heaven's sake.

My Dad's retiring from Alcoa on May 31st. No worries about the strike anymore for him!! It'll be interesting to see how well they treat him during retirement though. Get out while the gettings good!

Best of luck to your dad for a long and happy retirment. My FIL is retired from Alcoa and he is doing ok.
