I am glad to see our returning Council Members. I think one of the most important things that need to be addressed is Marshal Woodard. He is viewed as a problem to the general public in Thorntown. To my understanding, he has been warned by the Council several times about his tardiness, disorganization and poor attitude to everyone (even his officers).
It is time for a change, and I believe that the general agreement is to "PITCH WOODARD". My dealings with him have been mixed, but for the most part, not appealing.

I do not know very many people who can time and again get away with what he gets away with on a daily basis.*Can you get away with being tardy (every day), being severely disorganized (even walking into his office inside the Marshal's Office), can you talk to the people you are supposed to be serving like they are "beneath you"? Can you talk to your employees or co-workers like they are misbehaved children?
I feel like Marshal Woodard treats the population like they are ignorant, when possibly the "Pot is Calling the Kettle Black". Hire someone who may actually care about their job, the people they serve and their employees.
