"The violent deaths of Liko Kenney and Cpl. Bruce McKay have divided Franconia and Easton, where some residents defend Kenney, who feared McKay after several run-ins in previous years, while others defend McKay as a fallen hero himself.

Still others wonder why Floyd, and his history, did not come under more scrutiny."

He should be held without bail given his past history.

This is likely just, and a convenient way to deflate the debate over what happened last year. Floyd going to jail on other charges is exactly what the AG wanted. It was bound to happen.

Unfortunately he won't be in general population though. IMHO, Floyd will run his mouth and brag about murdering Liko and the "new evidence" (which we all know is there) will lead to charges in Liko's death.

Interesting comment and one that I have thought myself. They are thinking he will be less trouble put away and will bring some satisfaction to citizens feeling in danger but still attempt to deflect away from 5/11. Notice it is only reporters that really connect the May 11th incident to current happenings besides crack pot Floyd himself. LE focuses on him being a danger due to his past history with LE and recent threat to Alma. No mention that he is a danger to society because he actually murdered Liko Kenney.

Not to mention he is a "loose cannon". He is bound to have a temper tantrum at Grafton County. If/when he assaults someone there, that is a felony.....
