Attorney general files suit against local contractor

The Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection has filed a civil lawsuit against a local contractor accused of, among other things, accepting payment from customers and failing to perform any the work. Full Story

In the old days, a suitable punishment for a POS like this would be to tar and feather the bastard and run him out of town: end of problem.
