I was born and raised in Cairo and I'm pro-abortion. Might have something to do with being a forward-thinker. Honestly, everyone has the right to choose. People make mistakes but that doesn't mean they should have to change their whole life for them. I'm not calling babies mistakes just the bad choices that often lead to unintentional pregnancies.

Why should a woman have to suffer for 9 months to have a baby and then hand it over? Then it was all for nothing. No thanks.

so her baby can LIVE!! and have a life with a loving family- whether the birth moth wanted to raise it or not!!! I dont believe a woman/ girl should have to change the rest of her life for her mistakes, so what is 9 months compared to twenty years???

Fact of the matter is, He voted against the vast majority of southwest georgians and the people he represents in district 2 by voting for healthcare. Party loyalty is more important to him than the people that vote him into office. And what can we do? we can vote him right out of office and show that the power of the government still lies with the people of America, and not with Fascist leftwingers that have taken OUR LIVES and OUR DECISIONS and thrown our opinions out of the window.

CMM, I hope you dont have children, you sound so VERY SELFISH!!!! Probably WAAAAY tooo self centered to carry another human, I mean SUFFER for 9 months!!!! There are so many wonderful people willing to raise unwanted babies. Perhaps they cant have their own? Short of RAPE or DETRIMENT to the mother, RAPE should not exist!!!!!

As a matter of fact, I do not have children because I am not ready for them. When I am ready, I will have them, until then, no. I do consider it suffering if you don't want the child. And I hate the idea of handing it over so that when it grows up and finds out it was adopted it wonders why it wasn't wanted and gives the kid a complex. I don't mean to sound insensitive. I love kids and want them ONE day.

If I knew my mother was so in agreeance with abortion, it would give me more of a complex than being adopted. I have multiple friends who are adopted and LOVE their lives! Also, both of my pregnancies were relatively comfortable!(all 9 months):)

Most people aren't really Pro Abortion, they are Pro-Choice. There is a difference.
I'm very much against Abortion, but very much in favor of the woman making the Choice. She is the one who has to live with that choice, whether she chooses to deliver or too terminate the pregnancy.
The so called Pro Lifer's aren't really. They really just want to tell other people what they can do with their own problems.
If a so called "Pro Lifer" really was pro life he or she would be doing Foster Care constantly. They would also have one or more adopted children as well as their own natural born children.
Anyone who claims to be Pro Life and won't help solve the problem of unwanted pregnancies and unwanted children is the worst kind of hypocrite and probably lies about other things too.

Thank you for correcting me. I meant Pro-choice. Pro-abortion sounds like I encourage it which I do not. I need to be more careful about my word usage.

I am "Pro-Life" and do, in fact, foster children!! Not that it's any of your business...

Everyone who is anti choice needs to put their money where their mouth is and take care of the thousands of unwanted children already on this earth. There is nothing so hypocritical as a "Christian" demanding the birth of another unwanted child while many are still waiting for a "loving family". Remember, not all the children needing homes are white, healthy infants. What about the many who are "aging out" of the system. Where have all you do-gooders been for them? The Constitution emphasized the separation of Church and State for a very good reason. Individual freedom is just that. You are free to feel the way you do, but you are not free to jam it down anyones throat!

Then you are "part of the solution", congratulations and God bless you. No, it's not any of my business unless you are "preaching" Pro-Life and aren't willing to tell others that you back up your words with deeds. If there were more "good Christians" like you then more unwanted children would have homes.

She should have thought about that before she opened her legs.

It's a real simple concept. You do the deed.. you get pregnant. What is so hard to grasp about that? All i can say is This country is full of idiots. Birth control is free around here at Health Depts. there is no reason to have an abortion.

Now if she is a rape victim then it is a whole other matter.. but to just be irresponsible and kill the baby b/c YOU dont want to deal with it is completely ridiculous.

adoption is the answer. thousands of families who can't have babies for medical reasons are sitting back waiting for some of these selfish sluts and man whores to pop a baby out irresponsibly so they can finally have the family they want. See, everyone wins. they get the sex.. then family gets the baby.

Sound pretty cut and dried... but... are YOU individually part of the solution or are you just preaching about what someone else should do. I personally am not going to adopt or foster at this point in life, therefore, I am Pro-Choice and I assume you are too since it sounds like you aren't interested in adopting or fostering either. If you aren't Pro-Choice that means you would be willing, if a woman were standing in front of you telling you she's on the way to an abortion clinic "right now", to tell her if she will deliver the child you promise to adopt it and raise it like you own... regardless of race, sex, physical or mental defects... well, are you ???
The country may be full of idiots, but 40 percent of ALL children are born out of wedlock... almost 20 percent of ALL children are born without a viable "father figure" in the picture...
Are YOU willing to be the "Father"... much as I'd like to I'm not willing, therefore, Pro-Choice... that's the ONLY way the woman can make the decision. Yes, it may well be murder but just "saying" it's wrong isn't enough... "...show me your faith WITHOUT deed and I'll show you my faith by my deeds".
If you can't run with the "Big Dogs", stay on the porch!!

yes I would adopt. I plan on adopting one day. two of my cousins are adopted and they belong with us. no, i cannot adopt or foster a child right now as I am a college student BUT in the future. most definitely. however... if a woman was to come to me personally and say she was aborting her child and wanted me personally to have it if she was to give birth. i would find a way to take care of it. i would arrange my life schedule accordingly. its the only decent thing to do.
