This sounds like an opportunity for private insurance companies to step in and offer better service to healthcare consumers now on medicare and medicade at lower prices.
The Right claims the private sector is more efficient, and there is a market. No need for government to be involved, right?

Actually private insurance is in the medicare market, it is called Medicare Part C. Unfortunately they get a government subsidy to be there and their is only one company in my area that offers Part C. Assuming that private enterprise had some influence on Ryan's plan it appears that private insurance for those over 65 will still get a government check to help the bottom line.

I know that is different than paying physicians and hospitals. They will up the costs for government or insurance to what the market will pay. What they need is some competition.

This is how to steal from the state and milk the feds...
First is declare that your business is closed...second then wait about year third then sell everything and fourth use an debts collector , who will hide everything....
Now to act 2 milk the Feds...
The feds with pay all your costs ....because everyone will believe that you are broke...
First claim that you are “pauper”, by claiming that your assets are less than 2 000 $..Thus you are a pauper.
Second that you never paid for health insurance or stop paying …you apply to med-care.

This will work in the state of Georgia…if you are white and born in the state….

pau•per (pô p r)
n.
1. One who is extremely poor.
2. One living on or eligible for public charity

Important nota….but do not try is you are black or little Mexican.
This story is based on an active fraud in the Greater Atlanta area …it would be very difficult in Penn state or New York.
This little act was done by several persons in Georgia sold the assets of a business on November 2010 that worth several million dollars for an between 500 000 to 1 000 00$.

Now why will med-care not look at this story?
Because the fraud line is in Washington and they are looking mainly for fraud done by professionals…not fraud done by users ‘beneficiaries’.

ACtuallly in a way I don't see wrong in that. After all it was the GOVERNMENT who stole from their funds and put it into the general fund. Payback I say; not a dole.

Actually, I heartily agree. I'm only for starting a new business IF you IGNORE ALL THE NEW LAWS. But alas, how practical is that. Makes a lot of innocent people outlaws doesn't it. I hate this country now. Now the people; but the mode of operation.

Just for all you socialist liberals, I reread the Constitution over the 4th, and did not see where SS, Medicaid, food stamps, or obamacare was mentioned.

Is it a payback if the money goes to a business and 'the dole' if the money goes to the individual? Should payback be directly correlated to taxes paid by the A taxpayer?

The Obama said we must sacrifice quality health care. We voted for our families to have less when we choose nothing more than The Obama vision for our children's future.

For more on the Obama Doctrine read Orwelle's "1984". Prepare your families for a dramatically devalued future.

This "devalued future" has been evident since his election. I don't believe I need to type it out even for the stupid ones that voted for obama.

Today's June Employment numbers are so pathetic that the Unemployment rate went up again.

Call the White House and ask Obama to resign in disgrace before he does any more long term damage to America and the American people.

Hilda Solis, Obama's Labor Secretary, has zero experience and was nothing more than a Community Organizer for Illegal Aliens before he appointed her. She couldn't be less qualified.

Show some class Obama! Resign!

Pathetic is too kind a word for The Obama.
