[UPDATE] Shots Fired After Home Robbery Suspect Caught in Act

Well... from what I saw in the morning paper the "suspect" was actually a burglar... and he wound up getting himself shot (occupational hazard when you break into someone elses home)... and he wound up dying on the bank of a creek somewhere not far away.
It may be a shame someone died, but he knew the potential consequences when he committed the deed. If he'd been caught by police he wouldn't have gotten the death penalty for burglary, but he didn't get caught by the police, he got caught by the homeowner, and they can often times be a much stricter judge, jury, and executioner.
The suggestion for others considering the same thing would be, at the first sign of being caught, throw up your hands, get down on the floor with your hand behind your back, and loudly beg for the person who catches you not to shoot. At least all you'll face then will be a couple of years in jail. If you run you could wind up dead.

i feel the same way when someone want to screw with someones job
