I've always thought that anything that's caught in the Sound in this area isn't really safe to eat anyway. Think about how often the beaches are closed to swimming due to bacteria levels.

Shelfish bed filled with lots of good fishes. I make muscle and clam oyster soups and other meal all for free. I not get sick ever from shells fish that come from Lisland Sea. I make a sweet and sour Clam lunch for my teachr before we go on driving lessom just Tuesday. Why are peoples scarred to eat from Long island Sea?

people scared to eats fish because in bridgeport toilets flush right into sea. in china all toilets flush on fishing ground and everyone eats fish and billion people fine and healthy. in olympics all fish and clam will come from china sea with doodie and everyone will likes food and want to take home to own countries

Back in the old county we used to make clams casino and marinara every Sunday with clams from Gorino. The clams are so prized they are protected from poachers 24 hrs a day by armed guards in a wooden shack on stilts overlooking the bay. Papa was am eel farmer and mama made roasted eel for lunch everyday. There was free sausage for everyone at Christmas. A tavola!

When christmas come I will share fish I catch with friends and teach valubul lessom about share with friend. I have not much money for sausages and only can share free fish meal.
